Edgar Breau is the founder and leader of Hamilton, Ontario's cult '70s psych/proto-punk band Simply Saucer, and has since forged a parallel path as a solo musician.
Schooled in folk song traditions, literary fixations, and the fingerstyle guitar playing of John Fahey, his output spans decades -- from 1991's Shadows of Ecstasy to 2018's eponymous Edgar Breau.
These albums showcase Breau's bewitching melodies, poetic approach to composition, and innovative guitar playing techniques.
